What is PyWorks and why do I need it?

PyWorks gives your business a simple online store. Customers open your link, browse, add to cart and send a complete order to your WhatsApp. Orders stay organized instead of getting lost in chats.

Is the Starter plan really free?

Yes. It is free forever with no credit card, no hidden charges and zero commission on sales, for up to 20 products. It also includes analytics, verified address checks and bank transfer receipts.

Do I need coding skills to design my store?

No. A visual Store Builder lets you change colors, themes and layout (Grid or Reel view) by clicking.

Do buyers need to download an app?

No. Your store is a lightweight website that loads in the customer's mobile browser with nothing to install.

Does PyWorks only work with WhatsApp?

No. Checkout also works with Instagram and Messenger. Every order is also stored in your dashboard, so you never lose one even if it was not completed on WhatsApp.

What happens if Meta changes WhatsApp Business rules or pricing?

Your store is not affected. PyWorks does not route orders through a paid WhatsApp API. Checkout links open directly in your normal WhatsApp app, so there are no third-party fees.

Managing your store

How do I handle shipping and receive payments?

Set delivery charges in your dashboard by city or order total. PyWorks never takes commission or holds your money. You can offer Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, IBFT, Raast, EasyPaisa and JazzCash. Customers can upload a payment screenshot at checkout and you verify it in your dashboard before dispatch.

What is Smart Address Validation?

Incomplete addresses are a common reason couriers fail to deliver. PyWorks checks delivery addresses, street details and selected cities at checkout so riders have complete directions.

How do my customers track their orders?

Every order gets a live tracking link where customers can see whether it is Confirmed, Shipped or Delivered.

How do I handle canceled orders or returns?

PyWorks does not hold funds, so you handle refunds directly with the customer. Marking an order as Canceled in the dashboard automatically restocks the items.

Pro and advanced

Can I use my own domain name?

On the Pro plan you get your own subdomain (store-name.pyworks.pk) and can connect a custom domain (yourbrand.com) with PyWorks branding removed.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data stays safe. Downgrading limits you to 20 visible products, and your design and analytics are preserved.
