1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or signing up for the PyWorks Catalog Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all registered merchants, store creators, and platform users.

2. SaaS Platform Services & Subscriptions

PyWorks provides a digital catalog builder and hosting platform for merchants. Access to advanced design tools, storefront domains, and checkout settings is provided under various paid subscription tiers (monthly or annual plans).

3. Subscription Billing & PayFast Payments

We use third-party payment gateways, including PayFast, to process subscription billing transactions securely:

Secure Processing: All subscription fee charges (via credit cards, debit cards, mobile wallets, or direct bank transfer) are securely routed and processed through PayFast's secure checkout portal. PyWorks does not collect or store merchant payment card credentials directly.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Tax Compliance: All subscription prices are subject to local merchant taxation rules where applicable.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We maintain clear guidelines for cancellation and refund of SaaS subscription fees:

Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your PyWorks subscription at any time via your merchant dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current active billing cycle, and no further automatic renewals will occur.
Refunds: Since our software offers an immediate digital license, all subscription fees paid are **non-refundable**. If you suspect a billing error or double-charge, please contact us immediately to initiate a payment trace. Eligible billing disputes will be refunded back to the original card or wallet via PayFast within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Acceptable Use & Eradication Policy

As a SaaS provider, we require all merchants to operate within legal frameworks:

Store Eradication: PyWorks strictly prohibits the sale of illegal goods, weapons, drugs, fraud, scams, or intellectual property violations. We reserve the absolute right to permanently delete (eradicate) any merchant store, data, and access credentials immediately without prior notice and without refund of any paid subscription fees if a violation of these terms is discovered.

6. Platform Limits & Independent Customer Transactions

PyWorks provides software tools and storefront hosting. We are not involved in, nor responsible for, any transactions, order fulfillment, shipping, or refunds between you (the merchant) and your end-customers. End-customers should communicate directly with the store owner for order inquiries.
