Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription SaaS Model

PyWorks E-Catalog operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application. Subscriptions to our Pro or Business plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Clients are fully in control of their active subscriptions and billing preferences.

2. Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your merchant account dashboard under the "Billing" tab. Upon cancellation:

• Your premium features (such as custom domains, advanced analytics, and custom integrations) will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
• At the end of the billing period, your store will transition back to our free Starter plan, which is limited to 5 active products. No data is lost, but extra products will be temporarily hidden.

3. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with PyWorks E-Catalog:

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Pro or Business plan subscription, you are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of your initial purchase or billing date.
• Subsequent Renewals: Payments for recurring monthly or annual renewals are non-refundable after the initial 7-day period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing cycles.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 10 to 14 business days from approval. Refunds are settled back to the mobile wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash), credit card, or bank account used during payment through our partner secure payment gateway, PayFast.
